Returns & Exchanges

At BareRoots Footwear, we want you to feel connected to the ground you walk on. If your new pair isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely tape it to your original shoebox.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your returned footwear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
